Level 60 Slayer and a Nosepeg is required to defeat Abberant specters. They can attack from a long distance with smoke bombs, and if not wearing your Nosepeg, your stats will be greatly reduced. Don't try and make a run for the spiked chain without a Nosepeg, or you may find that you don't have the Agility level required to climb it.
